SALES ASSISTANT

Sales assistants work in the retail industry, advising and educating customers on current inventories. These retail specialists help buyers make informed decisions by providing suggestions and information about the latest products.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales or a relevant field of study.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and offering assistance.
Recommending products or merchandise to help customers.
Answering questions and addressing concerns.
Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies.
Accurately describe product features and benefit.
Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
